We found you very approachable as an agent after meeting you in 2023 when we were just checking out Waiuku as an area. During the buying process, communication was prompt which ensured a pretty smooth experience overall when it came to dealing with the vendors, which was very helpful in reducing stress levels. I think that overall, some people can leave the buying experience with a sour taste because of the agents, and I'm glad that we were lucky not to have been one of them. We found Natalie quite honest, reasonable, and empathetic to both ours and the vendor's situation.
