It has been very emotional for me so I was grateful that Sharlene and Natalie were so understanding. As this is our first house sell, we had no idea what would happen or what we were supposed to do. We had a bad experience with another estate agency and had decided to pull our property from the market; it was stressful and expensive. We met Paul and after talking with him about our goals and expectations, decided to give it another shot. We were nervous but Paul's professional conduct, wealth of experience and practical yet warm approach, gave us the confidence that we could complete this sale profitably. Paul was a fantastically clear and effective communicator throughout the transaction. He was honest and realistic regarding our expectations, and taught us enough about the real-estate process to empower us to make educated decisions regarding our strategy. He kept us informed at every significant event, consistently discussing and re-evaluating, ensuring that we remained comfortable, aware and in control of the process. In the end, Paul found us more than one buyer, and helped us to work through negotiations to the mutual benefit of both parties. The sale and hand-over process went smoothly and to the timeline which Paul had laid out, with very little deviation from our expectations. We have since moved to Australia, and when we looked at purchasing a property here, the trust gained through that transaction prompted us to make contact with Paul to ask his opinion about the property.
