We had our house valued by Jackie some years back, at which time we discussed our aversion to auctions. Jackie went into sales mode and was strikingly persuasive. When it came time to sell our house we naturally contacted Jackie as well as 2 other agents. It was a difficult decision but Jackie had stayed in touch so we chose her. Once on board Jackie wasted no time in getting to market, operating at an exhaustive pace, which resulted in an extremely quick sale at a good price. It was a stressful process but at all times Jackie showed empathy, professionalism and ability to get the sale ‘over the line’. Jackie more than justified our decision to choose her.

Selling your property is stressful and you need to be sure that the Agent you choose genuinely has your interests at heart in achieving the maximum benefit and outcome for you the client with the sale. Jackie is professional, prompt in both communication and action, dedicated and 100% put our needs and wishes first. She kept us fully informed throughout the entire sale process and gave us both reasoned and experienced advice. During the auction itself Jackie managed all interested bidders in a professional and appropriate manner The outcome from all this was for us achieving a price setting precedent for a property of our nature in the area. I interviewed several Agents who had been strongly recommended to us prior to selecting Jackie to undertake the sale process for us - her knowledge, preparedness, and genuineness easily shone through - so much so that I actually couldn't believe how unprepared the other agents were. Do not risk engaging an Agent that does not exhibit the attributes mentioned above - your property is one of your biggest assets and as such deserves the best person involved in the management of its sale.
