Our agent Christine Burnie has been great - she was initially on leave when we first viewed the house and so we had another agent, Dani, looking after the property who was also really good. She accommodated all my questions, let me have an extra viewing to measure spaces, and was easy to communicate with and friendly. She even reached out to me to let me know that a doshwasher was being installed in the property, after remembering I had mentioned that this would be an issue for us when I came for my first viewing. Christine then came back from leave and we had the key handover with her, and she has been equally helpful, friendly, and warm. She responds quickly to messages, and helped us sort out a small issue with our shower by getting a plumber in as soon as possible. We really appreciated the prompt response. Her initial review of the home in the console tenant app was in depth and I appreciate the time it would have taken her to do it. We were nervous moving from a private landlord to a property managed place but so far our experience has been super positive. We are really grateful to Christine for her kindness and we feel well looked after in our home thanks to her.
