I struggled to deal with Thelina in the early stages of making an offer to purchase my property. I asked for help to write up my offer - I expected the normal practice would be that she would bring the paperwork to me and talk me through it, but she said she was busy writing a report for a vendor and had I not bought a property before. I was about to walk away, but on advice I was given, I contacted a manager at a different branch who went above and beyond to help me put the offer together. Thelina was very helpful once the deal was on paper and all went smoothly from there.

Thelina has done a very good communication job throughout the whole process of the selling of the property. When it comes to the real potential buyer, information could be passed on in more detail so that the vendor can make better judgement. When the selling process takes longer than expected, enthusiasms may not be as high as it was at the beginning. Both vendor and agent may prepare and plan differently. Overall, Thelina has done a fairly good job in currently a very average market.
