Thelina has done a very good communication job throughout the whole process of the selling of the property. When it comes to the real potential buyer, information could be passed on in more detail so that the vendor can make better judgement. When the selling process takes longer than expected, enthusiasms may not be as high as it was at the beginning. Both vendor and agent may prepare and plan differently. Overall, Thelina has done a fairly good job in currently a very average market.
