Johnathan was hands down the best agent we have had. In the span of 30 years we have sold 4 homes in 3 different countries and worked with many agents. Jonathan is by far the hardest working, most diligent and honest agent we have ever worked with. Jonathan worked diligently to understand the points of difference our home had then went about working incredibly hard during our auction campaign to get quality and serious prospective buyers. He has a very keen sense of real estate in the Eastern Suburbs and knows the market well. We always felt that he was being honest with us and worked incredibly hard to sell our house. In the end, our home sold under the hammer for over reserve and I fully believe that was down to Jonathan's expertise and skill. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
