I had met her and liked her and found her easy to communicate with. She has an excellent knowledge of property in Glendowie area. Her sales results are very good. I was overseas for much of the sale period and she kept me up to date on progress with regular reports the whole time. She was able to distinguish between serious potential buyers and those that were not so serious. She prepared a very effective marketing strategy and gave sound advice on actions that I needed to take to maximise the potential to sell.
