Their knowledge of the local market and their experience in preparing for auction was more than expected and added value to the sales process. Big shout out to Helen who is a great communicator who kept us informed of the status of the project almost daily. She was always available for questions and advice, including Sunday morning over coffee at La Vista. We enjoyed working with Amelia over the course of 6 weeks, from property readiness to auction and beyond. Amelia is humble, kind and open minded. She is professional yet warm. We worked as a true team and despite the unexpected twist and turns the sale had a climactic end. We had 40 groups through the house which was a great result however the house disappointingly passed in. 36 hours later we were in a multi-offer situation and landed at the right number with unconditional terms. This was largely due to Amelia working smartly with buyers to understand what was possible, which created a competitive situation and ultimately a very favourable outcome.
