PROFESSIONALISM…..having previously interviewed agents from other agencies, upon meeting Amelia Dalzell her personal standards and business acumen very quickly demonstrated she stood “head and shoulders “ above others. Amelia’s high product knowledge was quickly apparent and communicated with ALL facts and figures re market prices and a suggested marketing campaign very well presented. Amelia pushed boundaries to get the marketing campaign up and running in under a week…which demonstrated to us that Amelia and her PA Amanda are both well respected by others.For example photographers, printers of brouchers, sign producers, web sites etc etc . COMMUNICATION….Amelia and her team were excellent and maintaining contact with us throughout the successful sales process, with full information after an open home and the appropriate follow up two days later AUCTION DAY… was very well managed by Amelia both prior and on the day. We bought our property from Kelly some 9 years ago to help out our friend who was going through a separation at the time to move into as it was a really nice place & area. The property felt safe with great neighbours surrounding , secure & was in a great area. Years have now past & they have now moved on so we do not need the property so the best person to sell it on for us was the gorgeous lady who knew the property from the beginning.
