Thoughtful and honest
Selling my property at that time was in a bit tricky situation and there were uncertainty due to the pandemic this year, went through a nationwide lock-down. All seemed to become more complicated, however, Clive had wisely responded to the unexpected events and eventually things were processed without any issues. Furthermore, he happily did lots of extra work that he did not actually have to do for me. Much appreciated. I will definitely find him again in the future and I highly recommend Clive to other potential vendors.

Clive. You are passionate about your product and you know it well. Nothing seemed to big for you, and every time we spoke to you, you just had so much energy. You know your market just as well. When we were a "little" worried, you were calm in your professional opinion and had no doubt about where the market would head. And you were right, of course! We knew the process but you had a confident, personable and friendly manner the whole way through. And I'm sure this is a absolute reflection of your personal demeanor shining into your professional world. You were on time every time with everything you promised and the process worked seamlessly through your hands. Folks, this is not a cheesy cliche filled review. Clive is simply the real deal. Other than having to inevitably talk business, I sometimes forgot you were the real estate agent and quite literally stopping in and having a coffee.
