Raymond sold our rental property at auction in 2022 for an unexpected price. In preparation for the sale, he gave sound advice for setting up the house for selling. We were not sure how much to spend to prepare the house for sale and he informed us what to do and what not to. He guided us through the process, and communicated all steps as we progressed. Immediately upon the property going onto the market, he had set up multiple viewings and was there at every opportunity to get us the best exposure.
