Perfect purchase and perfect agent!
Frank has been amazing from start to finish. We are over the moon that our offer was accepted and Frank made that happen like he said he would. We were pushing it for time as our pre approval was running out and within 7 days our offer was accepted and we went unconditional. We will be forever great full for what Frank has done for us and helping us purchase our first home. Frank was very fast and efficient through the process and met all of ours needs when requested. Stress free, great agent
We have just had Clive help us through the process of selling our house. We found Clive to be very prompt, knowledgeable and informative, and professional. Clive was super helpful through the process, he took care of everything for us - photo's, staging, arriving early for the open homes to ensure the heat pump was on, furniture in place, and many many additional private viewings. Clive was friendly and kept us well informed, he was never pushy which we really appreciated, we would happily work with Clive again.

Selling our home through Barfoot & Thompson
I walked in off the street and met Clive Whalen in the Barfoot & Thompson office Royal Road Massey branch. He stopped what he was about to do and was interested in what I had to say from the beginning. Met him that evening at home with my husband. Brought with him documentation and explained it well to us. Open to us asking him questions. Guided us through the entire process of selling our home. We had regular updates via phone calls text messages and weekly up dates in person. Reassured me if I looked a bit anxious at times. Clive was considerate of my work hours and the impact that had on allowing agents and potential buyers through our home. Honest, considerate and respectful. Always on time for open homes and update meetings. A good listener and not reactive Walked us through the auction process. Survive in this Tough Market
Sell with Frank through this tough market is safeguarded , Frank prepared well with in and out. I know market is decreasing however Frank didn't persuade me drop my expectations.
