We would highly recommend Frank to anyone buying or selling a home. Every step of the way Frank was professional, hardworking, honest and friendly. Frank was only a phone call or text away and was always available when we needed him. He would reply late at night and be the first message in the early morning. Frank is also very honest. As both buyers and vendors with Frank, his transparent approach was so refreshing and minimized any extra stresses in negotiations, whilst also always getting the best price. Our purchase was particularly complicated, to which even our solicitors had trouble, but Franks knowledge not only helped us, it helped our lawyers and eventually resolved the sale. Frank has a good experience with selling town houses in our area, including ours when he sold it to us. Although we listed our house at the beginning of the downward shift in prices, Frank worked hard to make sure we got a qualified buyer that could follow through and didn't give up.
