Not knowing exactly what I was doing Nicola took the time to explain everything step by step and in plane english so even I could understand. Myself not being very tech savy probably made things harder for Nicola but she whent out of her way to help me through the process and allways with a smile on her face. Nicola was very helpful in communicating between both the parties. She constantly would check in with us which made us feel heard and was quick to answer any questions we had, when she didn’t herself know the answer she was very fast to find it for us. As we were very new to the housing market and how it worked it was made easy for us with Nicola. We appreciate all she has done for us in buying this home.

Nicola has been absolutely fantastic going well and truly above and beyond in helping get the property on to the market and finding a buyer. Nicola also helped source trades people for mini reno as part of this and liaised with council where needed. She took a complicated sale and made it a lot easier. Nicola was always friendly and professional but most of understanding and a genuine human being helping deal with my unique situation. I've sold houses before and one or two others have been great (both worked for barfoots) but Nicola has outshine them. Genuinely can't sing her praises high enough.

Nicola is amazing!! She is a great communicator, keeping you informed every step of the way. She is completely unflappable no matter what is thrown at her. She works hard for the best possible outcome, remains positive and determined even when as a vendor you get stressed. Nicola is easy to talk to and really listens. She has a great rapour with people and really goes the extra mile. We cant recommend her highly enough!
