This is our second time working with PD. He is thoroughly professional and works with his clients with all their requests. Especially with us being overseas, he was our man on the ground, tirelessly managing queries, handling all on the ground stuff and never any complaints. He is relatively new in the Flat Bush market and could do with more research and appropriate appraisal of the property as we settled for well below that. However, the market is very soft and constantly changing so can’t pin on him entirely. If the opportunity presents, we will work with him again.
