If you are a FHB just Run to the hills. They just wanna close the deal. They hide things from their potential buyers. They know all the loop holes and how to play around. They are so cunning the moment the deal is closed they fall back on your due diligence even though they hid the important information and potential fault from you. I had a worst and the most stressful experience, I let my community bias become a trust factor but boy we were wrong. By the way their board for house on sale is still in my backyard for last 3 months, as they never put a sold sticker on it, rather remove the board and put it under our carport. Lack of knowledge, just focusing on closing the number with low hanging fruits.
