Campbell lives local in Orewa and seems to know well what is available and spent a lot of time taking us to suitable properties. I liked that he listened to what we wanted and didn’t waste our time going to unsuitable properties or locations. Very supportive thru the auction process. Would recommend Campbell and also use him again in the future.

We had been looking in Orewa for some time and had enjoyed the services offered by a number of other agents. However, we found the right house and the right man in Campbell Cave. He could not do enough for us prior to, during the auction and afterward. We could have been pains in the neck for him but we wanted to make sure this was the house for us. Campbell was always available to answer our questions and take us through again and again. We got to know him more as a friend than an agent and this was a factor in our appreciation of him, He acted for us in the on line auction and we were a grateful 70 plus couple to have him on our side. Pleasant polite friendly and with a delightful sense of humour we cannot speak highly enough of Campbell.

n February of this year, Michelle McAteer-Ross and Vi Davidson sold our property in Wainui. They were both outstanding salespeople and certainly went that extra mile for us. There were many private viewings and open homes and they were always obliging, available and accommodating to both the people wanting to view our property and also to us, even if it meant shuffling things around. Both Michelle and Vi are very happy and cherry people and always lift your spirits even when you felt exhausted from the whole experience of selling your home.
