Friendly ans approachable
We used Joanne for the sale of my father's home. My brother lives in the States and is my father's EPOA. Joanne handled all the extra correspondence and necessary paperwork calmly, showing knowledge and efficiency. She always responded quickly to my emails and phone calls too.
