I am of an age that I was looking for a more relaxed life. Where there is not too much work to do, and the ability to lock and leave when I want to. Although Joanne is acting for the vendor, she has been great in getting answers for any of my concerns and making things as easy as possible. I found dealing with Joanne a real pleasure. She allowed me to go through the property without the pressure of an agent on your shoulder all the way, yet she was nearby to answer questions or concerns. Joanne has also taken my calls when I might have remembered a silly little question. As I write this, Joanne is arranging a meeting with the absent owner, which, for me, is an important thing. Overall, Joanne has made this a great journey.
