When it came time to move on there were 2 things we wanted - Meredith Galliven and Barfoot & Thompson ( so it was lucky she worked for them ) Knowing Meredith personally was a big part in terms of Trust ( a huge thing for any prospectively agent ) and her success as well stood out to us. I felt very pushy asking lots of questions which didn’t phase him at all.
