Sara really went the extra mile in helping us to sell our home, even helping out in the garden one day when a landscaping firm did a poor job. We had no previous experience of selling a home, but she made sure we knew what to expect at every step of the way and kept in daily communication with us throughout the agency period. Sara worked really constructively with us to teach us about the process (we were first time sellers), help us anticipate needs/issues, and get a successful sale. She was easy to contact and talk to and gave us plenty of her time. I felt that she went ‘the extra mile’. We were selling an apartment in a market that wasn’t the easiest, but Sara remained upbeat while being realistic. She gave us options and let us helped us to choose what to do as the process went on. I’d recommend Sara as being easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and good at getting the sale!
