Most of us love our homes as it’s an extension of who we are. So when your home is considered less than desirable it’s like your child getting a bad report card from one of the two sought after schools in the double Grammar zone. My home was considered by most to be beautifully designed, decorated and well kept but suffered the indignity of having the dreaded “Plaster Cladding, which meant that even in the double Grammar zone it was difficult to find a buyer that would pay what I considered a respectable sum for my home. I approached Sara Knight because I had noticed her activities in my neighborhood and heard she was a professional sort. On her first visit I knew I had found the right person to sell my home. She was very professional and honest in her assessment and expectations. I felt I had known her forever as she made me feel at ease and confident that she would get my price with the right marketing strategy. To her word she got to work with her team and set in motion a marketing campaign that was very successful in attracting the right people that could see the value in my property. At the end of the campaign my house sold under the hammer for more than my set price. Sara did a fantastic job in not just the marketing of my property but keeping me up to date on what was happening with feed back from prospective buyers and current market analysis.
