Sara really went the extra mile in helping us to sell our home, even helping out in the garden one day when a landscaping firm did a poor job. Sara worked really constructively with us to teach us about the process (we were first time sellers), help us anticipate needs/issues, and get a successful sale. She was easy to contact and talk to and gave us plenty of her time. I felt that she went ‘the extra mile’. We were selling an apartment in a market that wasn’t the easiest, but Sara remained upbeat while being realistic. She gave us options and let us helped us to choose what to do as the process went on.
