Would definitely recommend Barfoot & Thompson when looking for a rental. Our Property Manager (Kathryn - Milford Office) was easy to contact, great communication. Any issues were sorted quickly with no hassles. Property Inspections were always stress free as she didnt mind if we had to change date/time of inspection to make sure someone was home due to dog being on the property.

During the initial rental assessment, I appreciated the agent's, Joseph H.'s, realistic and practical assessment of the local market and what I could expect to achieve with my property. He has been very regular and easy to contact throughout the process to date. I was extremely pleased that despite the slow market in my area, we had tenants sign on two weeks after going live.
