Susana and Lavashnee were totally professional and with their support and help they sold our house for a very good price, considering the downturn in the market. The house was staged to a high standard and at every part of the journey of the house sale, open homes etc, they kept us informed. Also we loved the high standard of marketing our home, it was videoed and photographed to really show what our home offered to families wanting to buy in the lovely in Stanmore Bay. This lead to the open homes being well attended with real buyers keen to see the home, not just the ‘nosey Parker’s! We wish Susana and Lavashnee all the very best in their real estate careers, they really do deliver! We were thrilled to be able to sell our home and hope the vendors love Kauri Road and Stanmore Bay as we do. We still live in the area downsizing majorly!
