They were both extremely organised, ALWAYS available to answer my questions in order to make the selling process as stress-free as possible. I live overseas so staging open homes and selling a property has huge limitations but both Elmarie and Rick stepped up and went well beyond my expectations in terms of taking care of the property in my absence.
