Excellent knowledge. Regular weekly meetings/follow up on open homes. Gave market appropriate advice. Didn't pressure or push us. Very patient. Very pleasant and personable and easy to deal with. Very easy to communicate with. We were very fortunate to have Kerry & April working for us in a fairly flat market and to get the price that met our expectations. Would highly recommend.

We entrusted Linda Teng from Barfoot and Thompson Milford to sell our family home while we were overseas, and she exceeded our expectations. Linda's strong reputation within our subdivision proved invaluable. Her exceptional management skills, from hiring gardeners and a staging company to ensuring the house was well-maintained after a rental period, made the entire process seamless. Thanks to Linda's expertise, our house sold quickly for a fantastic price in a very hard market. We highly recommend her services."
