We've had a great experience with Barfoot & Thompson – Milford, especially with Emma, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her communication is excellent – she always makes sure to explain any potential concerns clearly and takes the time to walk us through the details of the contract. Emma is very kind, approachable, and professional, which really makes a difference. She always responds to our queries or emails within the day, which we truly appreciate. The team shows strong market knowledge and provides sound advice, helping us feel more confident in our decisions. Overall, they've been professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

Kathryn Thomas - Senior Property Manager at the B&T Milford branch was excellent in her determination to find the right tenants for my property. I especially appreciated the frequent communication and being consulted on the selection process; the vetting process was very thorough, guidance about adjusting the rent to meet the market and swift re-tenanting. They have looked after our property for many years now, for which we are very grateful.
We live overseas, and Barfoot and Thompson Milford have looked after our property, keeping it in good shape, handling tenant concerns, and ensuring we as landlords make a profit. Sometimes there are challenges, but we work through things together, and it is great to know Barfoot are on our side.

Best property managers out!
B&T Milford has made the whole process of finding a new rental so easy and stress-free. Both Kathryn and Amber explained everything clearly, responded promptly to every query, and made us feel like we’ve got a friend on our side. After a negative experience with another property manager at another company, it meant so much to see how kind and accepting they were towards my dog. They’re thoughtful, approachable, and just genuinely lovely people who make moving a breeze. We’re so happy and can’t wait to be their tenants!
