Emma Ye was terrific from start to finish in my renting experience. She helped my group with the application process and made things very straightforward, we were grateful for this is what is typically a stressful time. Throughout the tenancy Emma was great with communication, always responding promptly to emails from us, and very clear when communicating to us. When doing inspections, Emma was clear with what was required and punctual and respectful when visiting. Overall a great experience.
