I had to request Sam share contract docs, he thought he'd shared them with us He didn't provide an update after the open homes. I had to follow him up each time We sold our house well under his estimate, he should have been more realistic When we sold our house there was no clear comm from him that the sale had been completed. I had to ask if the house is now sold. No congratulations message Unclear around the terms on the title - he said the house is unconditional but there's still the title condition which made it very confusing He got frustrated with us asking valid questions, felt like he was forcing the sale and not acting in our best interests. Felt like we were just another transaction and he was working for his benefit. Not a very positive experience and I would not recommend him to any friends

A specialist in large land holdings in the Eastern Bays, Charles Benedict was confident he would be able to find us the right buyer. And he succeeded, going the extra mile to achieve a sale for us in just over two months! We spent almost a year finding a home and out of the 20+ agents we dealt with in Auckland, Mary is by far the best. She is genuine, caring, honest and we felt like she had our interests at heart. Truly a refreshing difference from the typical Auckland agent. Great communication and even after the sale had gone thru still checks in to make sure we are satisfied.
