My wife and I recently purchased a property from Mary. Overall the property is lovely and met our expectations. There were some areas of the negotiation and the settlement process that didn't meet our expectations. Mainly around the communication where a number of misunderstandings arose between us and the sellers around price and settlement date. I'm sure Mary would have learned from this experience. Also, our general observation is that the Barfoot and Thompson general process and after-sale care felt more limited and less polished than another agency we sold our property through. However, Mary is a hard working agent with a big heart and tried her best throughout the process. Overall we were happy with the property and are enjoying our new home.

We eventually narrowed it down to 91 Tephra Bl, and this is perfect match for my personal needs and criteria.
