Have you ever had a real estate agent that signed you up, took your money for advertising, stood at the open home like part of the furniture staging, then took their fee when the house eventually sold? Mary Du is not like that! Mary tells you what to do to improve the salability of your house, puts fresh flowers on the kitchen counter, interacts with all visitors, sends a report every week of visitors to open homes using a heat map (cold, warm or hot) and gives you information about sales in the area including any properties that you might be in competition with. Mary felt like part of my team, and she supported me in any way she could. As a vendor who had moved to another city, support was really invaluable, but Mary made sure the house presented well and she alerted me quickly to any problems or issues. Mary helped me resolve any problems quickly such as getting my broken dishwasher that couldn't be repaired, disconnected and moved. Mary also found a buyer in a tough market and got me a market price. Highly recommended.
