Professional and timely responses always.
Over the last year, Aria Chow has been very professional. Not only she has been through during the inspection, she has always responded promptly to any questions or issues at the property. She has always tried to address any concerns I had and raised them the property owner. Overall I have great response from her and happy with her dealing.

Quite satisfied with the service
Very good. Aria is very professional and has always been available with solutions. She is knowledgeable and conducts herself very well. I have lived in this apartment for close to 4 years and I have been quite satisfied with the service.

Happy with Aria
After a dodgy start (lots of issues with the property and paperwork, and little to no response from our original agent), our rental was transferred to Aria. Aria promptly got all the issues sorted, and has continued to assist us. She is extremely flexible and keeps in constant communication. The 5 star reflects our experience since Aria took over.

ARia is pleasant and professional to deal with
Efficient handling of issues relating to tenancy are sorted promptly. Recent damage to the carport orignally an insurance Aria arranged for the repair to be done. It has not been easy bringing the grounds under control due to neglect during covid

Very helpful, warm and easy to deal with.
Very helpful when I was first looking for an apartment in Auckland and gave me full opportunity to view the property on a trip up from Wellington. Warm and friendly throughout the process of securing the property, including doing the necessary background checks. Very attentive when there were several items in the apartment that needed to be attended to, with contractors being called out one or a few days.
