I had a new house built in 2022. Victoria managed to find suitable tenants at a rental price above the norm for the suburb and beyond my expectations. She kept me informed of all issues relevant to the rental. When the tenant left, she found new tenants and organised a cleaner. Nothing was a problem for her. Victoria is an excellent property manager who takes the hassle out of renting for a busy landlord.
