Having dealt with numerous estate agents, I have to say that Aria is one of the best, if not the best, that I’ve encountered. She was very much on it and did not leave us lingering at any point. I can't speak highly enough of Aria Chow. Since transferring to her management just last month, she has gone above and beyond to ensure my property was leased out in record time, even working overtime to make it happen. Her dedication, responsibility, and proactive approach are truly impressive. She follows up on every detail, ensures compliance, and maintains the highest level of trustworthiness. When I met Aria the first time, I had a good feeling that she was a reliable and friendly person. She presented herself being Professional, Knowledgeable and easy to communicate. She understand what I expect and explained very clearly her plan of marketing the rental property. I was impressed with her knowledge of property management and later realised she is also a fantastic negotiator. She went beyond her call of duty and put in extra mile to assist me as I was on crutches and not fully mobile. I had a new house built in 2022. Victoria managed to find suitable tenants at a rental price above the norm for the suburb and beyond my expectations. She kept me informed of all issues relevant to the rental. When the tenant left, she found new tenants and organised a cleaner. Nothing was a problem for her. Victoria is an excellent property manager who takes the hassle out of renting for a busy landlord.
