I met Lloyd while holidaying in Tokyo, when he emailed me news about successful sales he had just completed. I was thinking of selling an investment property our family had owned for many years. He responded quickly and emailed me all information I asked for. I was impressed, so told him I'd ph him on my return home. We met at the property. He was a delight to talk to, clearly knowledgeable, and caring regarding the long- term tenants, which was critical to me. The timeline, marketing package and fee seemed appropriate, and good value. Lloyd explained his philosophy and method convincingly, so we confirmed an Auction sale process. I could not be happier. He was a gem to work with, very experienced, consultative and intelligent. My tenants were keen to help us achieve our goal and happy working with Lloyd too. Lloyd is very responsive and dedicated. He was still showing the property two hours before the Auction. That effort produced 6 bidders in the room on Auction day. Yes the property was attractive- well presented, optimal section size and access, bordering a park, with good long term working tenants producing a great income. It was his experience and ability to encourage buyers that got and kept those 6 bidders interested. Each buyer had an opportunity to put their best foot forward. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Lloyd and I highly recommend him. He is backed by a great management team too! I've been involved in property over 40 years, and never had so much fun! This is the third time in two years I have used Cam and Emma to sell a property I was involved with. Cam and Emma are a great team and make the selling process seamless. Despite mine and my sisters resistance to an Auction Cam convinced us this was the best option for this particular property. Decided to Trust him and he got a result better than we hoped in a difficult market. Highly recommend they work really hard to get a great result for you. They also listen which I think is something you don't always find in an agent. They were happy to go with what we wanted, but gave us clear helpful advice on why they thought the auction may give us the best result. Then left us to decide. Working with Sue and Owen was a very easy, smooth process.
