This is the third time in two years I have used Cam and Emma to sell a property I was involved with. Cam and Emma are a great team and make the selling process seamless. Despite mine and my sisters resistance to an Auction Cam convinced us this was the best option for this particular property. Decided to Trust him and he got a result better than we hoped in a difficult market. Highly recommend they work really hard to get a great result for you. They also listen which I think is something you don't always find in an agent. They were happy to go with what we wanted, but gave us clear helpful advice on why they thought the auction may give us the best result. Then left us to decide.
