He informed us of his ideas and the way he would approach purchasers right though the whole process , listening to our ideas also making the sale of our property seamless with complete professionalism.

Sue and Owen have provided us trusted advice for years in the area. From finding our first home to eventually helping us to sell a home, they truely are the experts with the connections in Wattle Downs. They came through and sold at auction at a time when most could. Would very much recommend.

We were very happy with Gurpreet and Fiona. They were both very professional while still having a delightful personal touch once the final outcome was reached. They clearly know the local market well and have good contacts. Their follow up assistance is also well received.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sue Matete and Owen Roberts to sell my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the initial consultation to the final sale, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Sue & Owen are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always kept me informed every step of the way. They provided great advice on how to prepare my home for sale and helped me set a competitive price. Their marketing efforts were outstanding, showcasing my property beautifully with high-quality photos and a well-crafted listing that really highlighted the best features of my home. What stood out to me the most was their excellent communication. They were always available to answer questions, update me on viewings, and give me feedback. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported, and their hard work paid off with a quick sale at auction. I would highly recommend Sue & Owen to anyone looking to sell their home. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication made all the difference. Thank you for making the selling process so easy and successful!

I've been managing rental properties for over ten years, people often think it's an easy job to be a sales agent, I didn't know how hard the job actually is until I was selling my own home with Cameron. From the beginning to end, Cam put so much effort to make it happen, there was market research involved to give me an relevant appraisal, open home after open home with updates, follow up with the perspective buyers at any time of the day. Cam is the most honest and polite person I've ever met, he won't over appraise your property to try to get the listing unlike many agents do. I would highly recommend him to anyone especially owners in Hillpark.
