Sue and Owen Roberts over delivered on their promise. This is the 2nd time I got to deal with these two super agents. I was so impressed with how well they handled the purchase of my house and how much help I received from them during the process that I decided to let them sell the house when I was ready to upgrade. Not only did they do a great job in marketing during a difficult time and achieving a record price but they even assisted me in finding a new place. Owen was great to deal with, he was both friendly and professional. He communicated with us through the whole process and was always prompt to deal with any issues or concerns. He went over and above to meet prospective buyer and ensure they had access to view the house and carry out building inspections. He always gave his honest opinion on both how to stage the house, what to worry about and what not to and what he thought the market value was, even if this was just to say he was unsure and could go either way. I appreciated the candor and as he did not promise me the moon was exceedingly happy when we shot past it during the auction. Owen helped us throughout the process providing guidance as to what we should tidy up and would provide the best return for the time that we had available. He worked hard to secure us a great price that I believe the purchasers and ourselves were happy with. His communication was first rate with regular updates and ideas for things that we could do to improve the likelihood of a quick sale. Owen was the first agent I went to an open home with and I had always hoped he would be the last. And that's exactly what happened! I felt Owen listened to my needs and most importantly, my affordability bracket. He did not show me a home that was out of my price bracket or that would not suit my family's needs.
