As Co-Executors of Parents Estate,we were faced with decision of which Company and Agents to choose.While Rival Company Appraisals were similar,Cam and Emma from Barfoot and Thompson stood out as Agents we could comfortably work with.They portrayed a strong knowledge of local area with recent successful sales and offered welcome advice as to what we needed to do (or not) to best gain buyer interest. Each weekend of Open Homes was followed by an extremely comprehensive report of feedback from attendees.This helped us arrive at a realistic expectation of what market price we could expect and achieve. Cam backed this up with phone calls and texts,so communication was always ongoing. Auction Day Stress was helped by calming influence of Cam & Team.His Strategy of 'Leap Of Faith' Price below Reserve stimulated bidding,and we gained a sale price we were comfortable with. Post Auction Moments, were celebrated with Bottles Of Champagne,Floral Bouquets and Hospitality that was unexpected but appreciated. All in all,couldn't fault Cameron Archer's Professionalism,and have no regrets we chose him and his team.

Fiona is a terrific real estate agent. In the beginning, she helped moving tenants staff so that good photos were taken. That was a lot of hard work. For many day/nights, she worked long hours for me in order to catch/negotiate with buyers. She is very efficient and is always available and easy going. In this great world of promises and delivering little, Cam & his partner Emma delivered everything they said they would and much much more. This is the second home they have sold for us and did an outstanding job doing so. As Cath & I are no longer residents in Auckland, Cam & Emma were great in helping us source tradesmen to complete remedial work that was needed to put the home on the market.
