Cam and Em make a great team to sell your property. Cam’s market knowledge, with advice on what market we should aim at, his connections and ability to wrangle other agents from different areas, resulted in about 11 developers signing up for the auction. As a result, the auction outcome was way above market expectations. While having great passion and drive to achieve the sale of our property, he still managed to remain personable and approachable. He’s a a great asset to have selling your property. Highly recommended.

In a lifetime of property deals, Cameron and Emma were hands down the best agents we have ever dealt with. From the first contact, Cameron was friendly and enthusiastic. He always gave good advice as to the state of the market we were going to be selling in. They both have excellent knowledge and contacts in their local area which was a huge help with getting things ready for a campaign. Nothing was ever a problem and Cameron and Emma were always prompt with their responses to our questions. They worked hard getting prospective buyers through the property and did well getting a core of potential buyers to the auction. The advice they gave, as to market conditions and feedback, was accurate without setting unrealistic expectations. My experience with Cam Archer has been amazing. He was always 100% professional. He showed really good insight into the area and waht I could expect to get for my property. Cam has listened to what I wanted. He then put 110% into getting my property sold. We had several Multi offer situations and Cam helped too navigated this and gave us an honest assessment when he thought the offers were too low or when he thought they were getting ballpark. I found him very easy to work with and he has great communication so you always know what is happening. Even my lawyer commented on the hard work Cam put in, even at that stage to ensure that everything sent smoothly. Highly recommend.
