Kieran and Karen marketed my property in what has been a very tough market. Throughout the whole time, they maintained a positivity, whilst communicating regularly with me. They had no hesitation in switching photos or wording around in the advertising to ensure it continued to attract potential buyers. Above all, they worked so hard on my behalf, door knocking in the area to alert people of the coming sale, running numerous open homes, contacting and following up with people who had attended them and overall just trying to do the best they could for me. Once it was clear we had a potential sale, Kieran and Karen ensured the unconditional cash buyers were made aware of the much higher conditional offers and consequently were able to finalise a sale at an acceptable price. There is no doubt the housing market has become very difficult and prices have dropped significantly from where they were 7 or 8 months ago, but in the end I feel as though Kieran and Karen were able to get the best overall sale for me and I am extremely glad I chose them as my agents.

Selling a house can be stressful at the best of times ,let alone do it in this new age with the restrictions and uncertainty in place.
