I would like to say what a pleasure it was to have Max handle the sale of my mother’s property. It was abundantly clear from the outset that he was well informed, reliable and always punctual and we were kept up to date with Market changes, our responsibilities and supplied with weekly reports on the number of interested parties who had viewed the property. Max was always impeccably dressed, polite, cheerful, obliging and courteous. We appreciate that this is not the best time to be selling a property, especially an older one but the fact that it sold at Auction the first time round for such a good figure is testament to the effort that he put into the sale.
