The first impression we had was a warm and very smiley welcome . As we arrived just as the open home was closing we were about to drive off but Marlene was packing up and came to our car and said off course come through the property . No hurry . Take your time . Being our first open home in the area we felt very at ease . And to getaway feel of what lovely people/ community sprit there us in Mangawhai . Loved the house but we’re only just looking at this stage to see if we would like to make this or permanent home after 20 years of holidays up this way . Time went by and we looked at many homes , but eventually came back to this one , felt like we had come home . So here we are 5 weeks later having our first night in our new home .
