Thrilled with the service provided by Peter Tuki. He turned up well prepared for the initial meeting covering recent comparable sales in the neighborhood and things just got better from there. Great feedback on things to improve before the sale process started and throughout the open home, auction and negotiation phases. Feedback on price range through this period proved accurate with the final sale price in the top half of the estimated range. Like a true concierge he sorted any issues that arose, had all the right contacts and managed the whole process, even adjusting and rescheduling contractors to work around the fickle late winter Auckland weather. Peter went the extra mile from being on site for delivery, set up and removal of staging, to quickly chasing down three quotes for a job to sort out a building report issue that allowed settlement to complete on time.
