In 2020 we found ourselves looking for a home to purchase in Kerikeri. Yvette did a fantastic job negotiating the terms of our house purchase with her vendors. She had to work with 7 people, 4 vendors and 3 purchasers and she was able to negotiate fair terms and final sale value, that benefited both sides. Yvette is more than approachable. She is warm, and relaxed and she spent over a month getting the deal we wanted over the line.
