Lara was great to deal with and excellent at keeping us updated at every stage of the process. She knew a lot about the property and was very quick at getting answers to the questions we had - not only before we moved in but also just after, making sure that we were settling in well and had no issues. I think I appreciated that part the most, in hindsight - she didn’t just hand over the keys and leave us to it. She followed up to make sure we were happy, which was lovely.

Ryan was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process. He was proactive, communicated really well and kept us regularly updated, so we always knew what was happening.
