Simon was professional in his dealings with us and a great communicator right through the journey which we really appreciated. From our first meeting discussing the market and the process of selling, to sending us a photo of an item in the house which he was querying, prompt open home feedback to informing us about the timing of building inspections, we always knew what was happening. Simon was conscious of keeping any negotiations active and kept us in the loop with progress reports with the prospective buyers until contract stage.
