Yvette went out of her way to help us from start to finish. We listed our property at not a great market time but had no choice as we suddenly had to relocate for work. Yvette stayed in consistent contact with us and was always suggesting ways we could improve the presentation or marketing of our house. Since we have not been present in the region since we left, we relied on her a lot for general market updates. She did not stop trying over the almost 2 years it was on the market, always keeping in touch, always keeping our property as relevant and promoting it as much as she could. Through the entire process of viewing the property to becoming unconditional, Yvette has gone above and beyond. Even with our own home settling 4wks prior to being able to shift into our new home that we bought through her, she went out of her way to find us a rental to live in until settlement date.
