Lucy has been around my area (Pakuranga) for at least 10 years and in that time consistently updated me with sales in the area, and twice gave me a valuation on my property, which I eventually had her market for me. Unlike other agents in the area, she was always in regular contact, building a good relationship with me as a potential future client. Before I had Lucy act as my agent, she made time for me to visit her for 1~2 hours for discussion, regarding potential for the property. All of this counts a great deal in the eyes of the customer, therefore it seemed obvious to contact Lucy when it came time to sell. One other very notable point with Lucy was that she almost ALWAYS picked up her phone to take my call. Many other agents could learn from this, as speaking to the agent is far better than speaking to their answerphone. Good work Lucy.

Lucy has a through knowledge of the market and is very professional. The house was on the market for for 4 weeks, 3 open homes and an auction onsite on the 4th week.
