We had a really positive experience working with Thomas while purchasing our property at 62 Cooper Road. Buying a lifestyle property involves a lot of details, and Thomas was always very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. He helped coordinate communication with the vendor and followed up on several things we needed to clarify, including questions about the pool equipment, septic system and other features around the property. He also organised the final inspection smoothly and made sure everything was well communicated between all parties before settlement. What we appreciated most was how easy Thomas was to deal with throughout the process. Even after settlement he was still willing to help us check a few things with the previous owner, which we really appreciated. Overall it was a very smooth experience and we would happily recommend Thomas to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
