We cannot fault Lucy whatsoever with the way in which she handled selling the property. The communication was excellent, she always gets back to you straight away and keeps you in the loop with how things are progressing with the sale every step of the way and is happy to answer any questions at any time. Her professionalism shone through, she obviously has loads of experience and really knows her stuff. She is so enthusiastic about her job and you can tell she really loves it. Lucy just made things so easy for us and took care of pretty much everything. I would 100 % use Lucy again and will be recommending her to everyone I know as we were so impressed.
