We didn't have direct contact with Robin all the time , we dealt mainly with Jacky Lu. What wonderful man. It didn't start too well mainly because our expectations were too high. We worked through this and knew that Jackie always going to try and get the best price for us. He always kept us updated and called in regularly. We were delighted with the price we got and so thankful to Jackie and the work he put in. We will definitely recommend him and Robin to anyone who are selling their property.
