Pauline Lam and Daniel Leung of Barfoot and Thompson Henderson branch marketed my property in Henderson. They are very professional and have a good local market knowledge. They both working very hard on the project and keep me in formed all the time. Although the current market is not in Favour of the seller, but they managed to get a few buyers interested in the property.

We have now sold and bought through Tracey and both experiences have been enjoyable and stress free. Very knowledgeable of the market and professional in how she manages situations and the close. As an agent Tracey is great at reading situations and how to best navigate them and is also very in tune with people - knowing how and when to push and pull. She communicates only when there is information that needs to be shared and over the (very short) course of the sale, adapted her approach based on her read of us.
